first day of a miscarriage?

Good afternoon ladies. Just wondering what is "the" day when you say you had a miscarriage? Is it when the hormones start to drop or whenever you naturally passed the pregnancy? Im confused and want to know how to count. Thanks

when u have a period or d n c is the day of miscarriage according yo me as u can never know when the baby's heartbeat stopped. the size of the fetus reduces as the day pass by so it can come out naturally.

I count mine from the first day I started bleeding since that's the day I went to the hospital & they told me my body was miscarrying.. I passed everything naturally. I'm so sorry for anyone going through this 😞

Drs count when you officially lost the baby. Such as mine say two weeks as of yesterday due to that's when my D&E was.

I feel your pain. And I'm sorry for your loss😔 I personally counted when I passed my baby. I was 8 wks but the sono( first OB visit) showed that I was 6wks. And it took about 2 wks for my body to release my precious baby.😥

The day I had my d&c is the day I considered. The day that everything was passed is still when I would consider. Sorry for your loss.
