symptoms ttc second pregnancy...

Hi there! I am just curious if others who are ttc for subsequent babies (after having breastfed/pumped... stretched boobs for baby 1) how many of you have experiences sore or well achy breasts during subsequent pregnancies.... during my first I had zero symptoms my only indication was a missed period!
