UPDATE: So I got my test results back & this is what it says on sentara mychart.. Doctors comments " Thyroid test is normal. pregnancy test is negative. Please follow up with GYN"

What is going on im so confused and lost. All I can think about is this situation.

So my last AF was 01/03/17, Glow says im on cycle day 67... Iv had very light spotting a few weeks ago in the mornings but that only lasted 2 days. I have experienced some nausea as well as sore nipples. I have taken MULTIPLE at home test & I tried diffrent brands. I got all results the same... negative. Iv dont my best to not think about it for about 3 weeks and tested again this morning and same answer. So today I made an appointment & I feel like I still have no ansewers! They made me take a pee test and it came back NEGATIVE.. which is what I could of told them was going to happen. Then we proceesed with and pelvic exam and a blood test .... and now I have to wait 2 days to get my results & its KILLING ME. I feel like I wasn't being taken seriously.. I might only be 21 but I am more then capable of caring for a child & same goes for my fiance. Im just so tired of not knowing & waiting. Any advice??
