I normally have migraines & headaches when im not on my period. This by far has been the worst period i've had. The first day I was nauseous & sick. 2nd day I had unbearable cramps to the point of me crying. Today i've had a migraine all day. i took a nap, i ate, im hydrated. it's so sensitive to movement. i get light headed. i dont know what to do😢 Any advice?????
