Truck Broke Down.

So today it was 6 am and I was on my way to work. It was dark and cold out. But as I was driving to work my truck broke down. I couldn't pull off the road in time because my truck died out. I was right before a curve. I had my hazards on hoping that I wouldn't get hit. I called my boyfriend crying but he had already left for work and was an hour away. So I called my mom to come help. 30 minutes went by a guy in a semi came up and I was nervous but thankful because he helped me push my truck off the side of the road. I thanked him and he went on his way to work. A minute after that my mom shows up and gets me home and I have my boyfriend call triple a to tow my truck away. I got there the man was so nice. He let me drop my keys off and told me he would meet me at my moms house to drop my truck off so I wouldn't have to wait in the cold. I got to my moms house the guy showed up he told me my enigine was blown up. I was quite sad. I had to have my step dad drive me back home and I missed a day of work. I only have 2 weeks until I get my new car. But it's just crazy how things can happen so quickly. But it's also so great to have nice and caring people left in the world.
