My 3 week old daughter was prescribed Zantac for acid reflux last Friday, she is supposed to have 1ml every 12 hours. Well, I just went to give her her next dosage and looked at the syringe and realized I've been giving her .1 ml for the last WEEK, not 1ml!! I've been underdosing my poor baby!!! I feel like an idiot and the world's worst mother right now 😩😩😩😢😢😢. She's been in pain unnecessarily and it's my fault, I feel so awful. Has anyone else messed up like this yet? How did you get over it?
