please help...wisdom teeth surgery

I'm getting my wisdom teeth cut out on Monday, all 4 of them. A few years ago I had to have my remaining baby teeth pulled and felt everything due to my tolerance of numbing medications, pain killers and anesthetic. (I'm not sure what they gave me but I think it was only a numbing shot and the gas in my nose). I felt everything and they refused to stop. They even had people come in and hold my legs down because I was screaming and writhing in pain.

Because of this I have the worst phobia of dentists and no trust for their anesthesia and numbing stuff. I've had panic attacks for 2 days. I have flashbacks to my teeth being pulled and the pain. I'm so scared. I'm terrified that I will feel everything.

They gave me a xanax for before the procedure and said they will use fetanyl, versed, and propofol and I will get pain meds after.

I need some advice and encouragement. I'm so scared of going through the pain again and that they won't listen to me
