when I start to exercise again???

I had my baby 1 month and 5 days ago when can I start exercising again???? Help please mamas

I think it's really up to you and how you're feeling. I know some woman get a doctor's approval usually around 6 weeks but my doctor said it's really up to me cause I know my body best. Same with sex. He said it's better to wait the 6 weeks but he can't stop me if I wanna start sooner or wait longer.

I did my first run at 5 weeks. But had a c-section. Still not ready to lift weights yet. So cardio for now

Probably depends how you feel and what's going on down below. 6 weeks is typically recommended bc if you are still bleeding it can cause health risks. Personally I started at 5weeks bc my bleeding stopped and I was very active up until delivery and felt great. Listen to your body
