so frustrated with DH

So we're ttc#1 for 7 months. This month we are trying opks for the first time and we decided to bd every second day for the whole cycle. So today was our second bd and after longer than usual - about 30 mins - my dh says he needs a break. I asked if something was on his mind and he revealed that he'd needed to 'clear his head' early this afternoon so he masterbated! I had asked I'm not to do that this month to make sure we can bd every other day and then on the second day he goes and does it! I am so hurt by this because I find it so selfish of him! Like take a walk if you need to clear your head! Don't jack off! We need all the swimmers we can get. He apologized a few times and asked for forgiveness which I will do, but seriously?!? Like just don't masterbate for one month and I promise you sex every 48 hours, capiche!
