Dry vagina during sex

So basically I get wet when I'm turned on but after a while I'm not very wet anymore. While having sex I do use condoms but there is definitely not enough lube on it for me. For example, we had sex tonight and my vagina hurts sooo bad. It's torn and hurts when I pee. My guy doesn't think we need lube because the condoms have enough etc, but IT HURTS ME! What can I do to either convince him to buy lube, or is there anything else I can use for lube that would work well with latex condoms or without condoms??
