drunk fiancée saying horrible things

My fiancée and I have been together for a little over 3 years and we have a one year old son together. For a while now he's been drinking every single night and lately he's been getting really drunk. I had just put the baby to sleep and made my fiancée some food. We were just messing around and he started to say mean things which escalated from there. He ended up saying that he's only with me because he thinks I'm going to take our son away from him if he leaves me, that he doesn't wanna be with me and that he loves his son and that's why he's staying with me. I was really hurt and asked him "well do you even love me?" And his answer was "no". I left the room and went into the bedroom and he comes in and tells me that I should just get it, and that he doesn't love me. This hurt more than anything. I don't know if it's just the alcohol talking or if he really means it. Usually even if he gets really drunk he still remembers things. I'm crying and shaking right now I never thought he would say this... I just really don't know what to think at this point. Please give me advice😢
