How many of you ladies sleep with a tampon on?

U can get tampons designed for 8hrs sleep

I couldn't. Once it's full it gets so uncomfortable that I have to change it immediately 😩

I do! It's fine but you shouldn't sleep longer than 8 hours with it in. I actually use a menstrual cup now instead. It's the best!
