positive test before missed period

So I had a crazy dream last night that I was pregnant with twins and I had this overwhelming feeling I needed to test! So I didn't want my husband to think I was crazy bc we haven't been trying but not preventing either. So I tested even though I'm not suppose to start for another 4 days! And within 8 mins I walk in to what I'm thinking if I am it will be a faint line like with my first and nope this is what I saw! Omg!!!!! Can this be false? I'm happy just want expecting this dark of a line! 

Do y'all think it could be twins??? My dream was so realistic
