do I have false hope?

I haven't had my period in 60 days, last cycle I went 56 days until I got my period. My usual cycle is every 35/40 days so I'm pretty irregular anyway, but this is the longest I've gone without my period. I've had cramping  for the past week and my nipples are sensitive to the touch. I went to my OBGYN Thursday and she did a urine test and a blood test. The urine test came back negative but for the blood test my hcg level was 3. We have been trying for 12 months now.. could I be pregnant now??
