A big part of getting and staying pregnant is your lining which can be effected by many different things. I see a fertility doctor and that is always the first thing they check since I'm on clomid (it can be bad for your lining). A girl I know took clomid for almost 4 years and did not get it checked by ultrasound for the majority of her time. I'm not saying this is the sole thing that messed her up but her lining was so bad and she had several cycsts. I get paranoid about waiting the week before I see my doctor as I get concerned about my lining.
