weight loss motivation?
So I've been seeing a lot of girls on here posting some amazing weight loss progress and I just need to know how you guys are staying motivated. I've joined a gym and love going and working out. Yesterday was leg day and I can barely move my thighs 😭 but what can I do to make sure I stay on track? I recently lost 15lbs but now I've gained it all back since my new job is at a desk and lunch is only $2 and you get whatever in the cafeteria. So I know A BIG part of it is self control and my weakness is carbs (pasta mainly) so anything you guys can think of to help me keep motivated? Also, the closest gym is 30 mins away (were I go) so just the motivation to drive that far is hard right now as far as gas money goes. TIA!
