Sad 😭 and confused 🤷‍♀️😔

I last had my period in January and my home tests all came positive. Since I was abit busy at work I planned to go see a gynae at 7 or 8weeks. Last week I had brownish spotting and I googled and trout it's normal. This morning I had bleeding n light cramps so I rushed to see a gynae. She did an ultrasound but said baby is too tiny I go back after one week and be on bed rest. I have been bleeding n cramping ever since I left the hospital, she said if it continues I may have a miscarriage. After trying for 3years I can't afford to loose this baby. I've cried till my eyes are sore... Am praying that my baby stays despite all the symptoms 😭😭. There is my ultrasound...😔😔
