Boobie Talk- Hoping for a bfp

For the mommies out there do y'all remember how your breast tenderness started before your bfp? I usually get sore breasts about 2 weeks or so before my period starts. But this month I had no symptoms of af or pregnancy up until last night. I went to sleep last night and woke up the morning and my breasts are extemely sore and just 3-4 days before af is due!!?? Also I don't know if it makes any difference but the past two nights I have not slept well AT ALL. Anyone else experience this and end up with a bfp? We have been trying for #2 for about 10 months now..
