Question

Been ttc for almost 6 months 😔 Tried bbt but don't understand how to read the chart . 😕 If anyone can tell me anything about my chart,  I'd appreciate it sooo much . I think I might've ovulated... I thought once you ovulate , your temperature stays high until your period ?

I don't think you've ovulated yet. Do you use OPKs?

I'm guessing that your temp will spike past 98 and when it does, you can count back 2 or 3 days and have a better idea of when you ovulated. Bbt charting is helpful in that once it spikes noticably high (0.5 or so degrees above your coverline), you can be pretty sure that you've ovulated. Charting is akso helpful in that if you notice it dip back down under your coverline around 13dpo, af is on her way. However, charting doesn't tell you that you're about to ovulate which is where opk come in really handy. I hope this was helpful. Best of luck!
