should I be worried

So I went to the doctors for a yeast infection , I was given miconazole 3 suppositories. This morning I woke up with cramps and spotting, I'm not due for my period for another 2 weeks. But today I noticed I missed 3 birth control pills. Could it be my period or should I worry?
