suddenly lactose intolerant
Anyone else notice dairy bothers their stomach? I'm 7.5 months pp and all of a sudden I've been having gas cramps for the past few days. My mom suggested taking dairy out of my diet to see if it helps.. she's suddenly lactose intolerant since like 2 years ago.
