Period coming or implantation?

Hi Ladies, so the app says I'm due on in 6 days, been taking pregnancy tests all week and BFN. I've just been to the toilet and had this but only when I wipe. I don't know if AF has come early or its implantation bleeding. Any advice would be good please!
