CM question

My most fertile day is predicted as today, I believe my opk showed an lh sure this morning. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had lots of egg white cm, but when I check by inserting a finger the cm is quite creamy... Any thoughts? I'm so confused by my cm this month.
