massage during tww
So I had a massage today and some of it was deep tissue. I'm 11 dpo (AF due Tues) and tonight after BDing noticed extremely light spotting. After googling it I see some posts saying a massage is not ok during this time?! Did I just bring on AF earlier w it and stop any chances of getting pregnant this month? Could it be IB? Please help 😔
