I don't really know who to ask so I figured someone on here can help :) I can feel a part of my wisdom tooth breaking through, no pain, no swelling and my teeth aren't shifting. Just pressure on the gum where the tooth is. Would I have to get it removed? I don't have health insurance that's why I'm wondering. I'm not in pain
