cold feet TTC baby #2

Been TTC 5months and now I'm starting to get cold feet. My little one just turned 2 and some days he just exhausts me to the point where I question why I'm trying for another. Don't get me wrong--I want him to have a sibling he can play with and I miss having a baby --but our house is so chaotic. when I look at the mess, and laundry, and the tantrums I sometimes wonder if I'm in over my head. But when I see him rock his teddy bears to sleep like a baby and sings them lullabies my heart just melts. Now I'm this TWW halfway wanting a BFP but at the same time could use an extra month with only one child. Any others trying for baby #2 or more? Is this a bad sign or normal?
