It depends on where you're going, how you're getting there and how far along you are.

Some are and some aren't.  Flu shot and tdap are recommended.  Live vaccines such as MMR are not safe even just before pregnancy. But of course are recommended to be up to date a month or more before you get pregnant.

They are not safe during pregnancy. Don’t believe me? Read the PACKAGE INSERTS. OR call the CDC yourself. They have not been tested for safety during pregnancy. Don’t shoot the messenger. My SIL has two babies die in utero. She’s a
Nurse and got the flu and h1n1 shot. Her babies died shortly after. She is provax and even admits it. Yes she lost babies twice... hasn’t gotten pregnancy since and it’s been 7 years I believe.
