UTI prevention?

I always get UTIs and they're dreadful! Does anyone have any tips on preventing them?

This time it has spread to my kidneys and it's horrible! I'm so scared of getting another one. I have been to urology and they did an ultrasound and the camera in the bladder but there's nothing abnormal.

I've struggled with UTIs also, are you sexually active? If so, you and your partner need to pee before and after sex. I also recommend washing your hands before you go to the bathroom (and after, of course), and drinking more water. Bacteria is the cause of UTIs so keeping the downstairs clean is important! 👍🏽

Drink tons of cranberry juice and water everyday. Also start taking a probiotic. Be sure to not hold your urine when u hv to go.

This works better .... Either one of em really ... I used all & always got good results ... & Get feminine liquid soap to help keep u clean as a start ... Or get summer Eve feminine soap either one is going to help
