Nervous Wreck about Second Pregnancy

Hello Ladies I am 26 on the 16th of this month. This will be my first child!!! I have not been pregnant prior to this year. This is my second pregnancy, I had a misscarriage about a month and a half ago. I do not know exactly how far along I am b/c I haven't taken a test or been to the doctor. I know I am pregnant because my cycle is late and I am experiencing the exact symptoms I was the first time I got pregnant. Ladies, I am a nervous wreck. I have not confided in my boyfriend about this yet (to avoid disappointment). I am so afraid to find out anything about this child with the possibility of it not making it. My miscarriage was extremely hard for me to get through and I can't imagine enduring the pain again. Prayers, Words of Encouragement or general conversation are welcomed.
