Completely different pregnancy to first (up to now)

Anybody expecting their 2nd child? If so are your pregnancy symptoms different?

I have a little boy nearly and with him my boobs were massive and veiny by 4 weeks and the sickness was allll day! But this pregnancy I feel fine nipples are a bit sore no nausea and quite energetic lol

Anyone the same?
