It's way more common than you realize. It's treated pretty similarly to bipolar I think. You are not alone.

My SO does, along with other disorders. She's on medication and is doing great. Don't get me wrong, some days are harder than others, as with any relationship.. But you're not alone.

I'm 99% sure I have it, but my counselor doesn't diagnose and the Psychiatrist just said mood disorder not otherwise specified and started giving me mood stabilizers until I got pregnant. But all the symptoms fit and I was doing DBT in counseling.
