dreams ???

Is dreaming frequently a sign that u have mayby conceived ??? I am dreaming every night just about and I wake up and they feel so real last night I dreamt I got shot on the head and I woke up holding my head weird when have also been dreaming about people I haven't seen for ages and they feel so real I know it's prob just a dream but just asking you ladies out there ????????
