My husband and I have been trying for nearly 3 years

My husband and I have been trying for nearly 3 years. We've consulted IVF specialists, reproductive endocrinologists and seen many physicians with regard to my infertility. We had what's classified as "unexplained infertility", basically, we don't know why you can't get pregnant. Just two months before we were planning to start the IVF process, I started feeling...off. First it was a hyper-real, over stimulated feeling (almost like an anxiety attack) about 5 days before my period was due. I made myself wait until the day before my period was due, and then took a test. I stared at it, waiting for the negative result, as I had seen SO MANY TIMES. I stared at it so hard that I thought for sure I was imagining the (+) symbol. I set it aside, counted to 60, then checked again and it was still real! Holy moly we are pregnant! I've taken two more tests (different brands) with the same result. It feels totally surreal.
