I was told by the doctor that I have to have a c section since I didn't dilate with my first many years ago. I only got to 5cm after 32 hours of trying. Same thing happened with my mum and aunt so possibly in the genes?? I'm a bit nervous having c section this time round and wondering if anyone can share their experience. What do you feel while they are doing the operation? Tugging? Also recovery time? How long until you could exercise? How long till you could hold the baby? Or any other information you think is helpful. My first time was so long ago I hardly remember and they had to knock me out with a general, so I missed everything and woke up hours later..
