Baby #2

So I am pregnant with our second baby! Our first baby is a healthy 7 month old girl. We are having our first prenatal appointment tomorrow but I'm guessing I'm no more than 7 weeks along. Question for all parents with more than 1 baby. Is it hard adding more than one? It was a huge transition with having a baby in general but what about 2? Even harder or will my husband and I be okay?
