diarrhea vomit and cramping

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I'm 6 weeks 2 days pregnant. I woke up about a half hour ago with some menstrual like cramping. Every time I experience cramping I always run to the bathroom to check for blood, there wasn't any. I thought maybe it was gas, but it wasn't. I became very hot ( to the point where I had to lay on the floor) suddenly I had diarrhea. I went to the bathroom but felt like I was going to pass out, hurried up to finish. Ended up laying on the kitchen floor and throwing up a couple times. Now the cramping is gone, I feel queasy but nothing too major, and no blood. Anyone else have this ??
