Bus driver tells a little boy his parents are going to hell and then doesn't get fired or punished.

Some kid started coming home to his two mothers and for a while he would cry and tell his moms they needed to split up so they wouldn't burn in hell. Not normal for him. Moms could not figure out why and it caused a ton of problems for that family. Then they figured out that the kids bus driver was talking to him every day about it, probably trying to get them to split up. She is a Jehovah's Witness and just didn't like lgbt people. Moms contact who they need to contact and she doesn't get fired or even disciplined. She was just told not to talk to any kids about religion because it was in thier code of conduct......that thing she had but already broke?

Should she have been fired? At least face some probation? Do you think a little slap on the wrist was good enough for all the distress she's caused this family and probably others?
