Gotta question!! 🙋🏻

I'm needing all you ladies out there that know a thing or two about hair! I dyed my hair yesterday evening and I was wanting to style it today to see the color better & how I look with it done. (I have really thick curly hair btw! Lol) I've read online different things about not using hot tools for a few days after you dye your hair & if you do your color will fade quicker. I've also heard you could & it won't effect the vibrancy of it. What do you ladies do? & how does it effect your color treated hair? Should I go ahead and style it like normal (with hot tools) or should I wait? Thanks ladies! xoxo
