Do you have a binge eating disorder ?

I have a binge eating disorder and I couldn't be more ashamed with myself. I can't even get myself to get on the scale. I need help. Hoping there are people out there who I can relate to.

I do. I have my good and bad days. I was in therapy for it, and that did help with a lot of the underlying stuff, the reasons why I ate instead of dealing with my feelings and fears. 
It's still difficult when something bad happens and I just wanna comfort myself with food, but I'm working on it
