menstrual Cup?

Who all uses the cup? Never hear of it till now?.. they say it's best to use since pads and tampons have chemical from the cotton.

I use the diva cup and I LOVE it! I work in a hospital so the less time I have to change on heavy days, the better. I definitely don't have to buy 1box of tampons each month anymore. It might sound nasty, but it is really no different than putting in a new tampon or checking for CM. You just fold the flexy ring part and You can keep it in there for 12 hours before having to change again depending on your day. My cramping is also not as intense as using tampons, not sure if it is linked to using the cup vs tampons. But I went with the size that is recommended for me. No worries of leaking or using panty liners anymore. No more  fear of the smell of period. And it fit perfectly. Tmi: Usually I insert on day 2 considering day one is light. I hope this helps! I use the diva cup! Just switched to see if maybe it helps since tampons affect your ph balance! Love it , it takes some getting used to, but I love that I'm no longer putting chemicals and bleach in there!! Highly recommend it!

Diva cup seriously changed the way I feel about my period. Only emptying it twice a day is awesome and being confident there will be no leaks or odor is huge. I have now converted my sister and two of my friends to menstrual cups. Each of us took different amounts of time to get the hang of inserting/removing the cup but once we had it down, none of us will ever use pads or tampons again.

I have the Diva Cup and looove it. I thought it would be gross at first but it's not any worse than a tampon. In fact it's much better! Also so nice I don't have to spend money on pads and tampons anymore! It's definitely worth a try

That sounds like much more of a hassle than anything else. I've never used it though, so I can't really say.
