Working mamas - when are you telling/when did you tell your employer that you're pregnant?

It was 12 and some change...after I had my first doc appt after the 12 week mark and I knew things were mostly OT of the woods.

My first employer was accidentally told by my friend. She had heard someone say something about how I was taking more bathroom breaks than usual and her having a big mouth anyway, was like "well yeah she's fucking pregnant" and at first I was a little irritated, because I wanted to wait, but then my morning sickness hit and I could not do ANYTHING. Any little movement would make me vomit, all day, everyday until I hit 14 weeks. I quit that job at 8 weeks though because I was going to vomit, asked to run to the bathroom, and was told no. So I threw up at my register in front of a customer, and was still denied going to the bathroom to clean up. The manager said nobody was there to watch my register for me, but that's not true because the manager and 2 shift leaders, all on the clock, were in the office watching YouTube videos. 
My boss I have now hired me at 17 weeks pregnant though and I've been there over a year now.

I told mine at 4 weeks since im close with everyone i work with especially with my manager

I told my boss at 8 weeks, but only because I have hyperemesis gravidarum and people were questioning how often I was in the bathroom to vomit, plus I was like the walking dead for the first 22 weeks.

Immediately told my manager because I work in a lab as a chemist and needed to be assigned to projects that weren't hazardous to a developing baby. I got assigned to desk duty and then told the rest of my coworkers at 12 weeks.

I chose not to tell my supervisor or coworkers until 18 weeks.

My manager found out on twitter (we're all very close) and asked if she could tell the owner and I told her yes. So that's how he found out! But I was about 8 weeks along. (She guessed based on my tweets. I didn't announce it that early on social media) he immediately set in rules for me! Like no heavy lifting, no cleaning theaters (I work at a movie theater), im always on register, never a "runner" as we call it (getting things for customer while cashier takes orders/money). He was very supportive and still is!
