preeclampsia? need advice

i'm 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant and i've had a migrane for the past 2 days and i'm pretty dizzy when i stand up. is it too early for preeclampsia? my doctor is not open due to a blizzard here but should i go to the er?

Headaches & dizziness are common in pregnancy....Do u have a blood pressure machine to check to see what your pressure is? Are we having unusual swelling of your hands feet or face??? Are u hydrated?? Drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day?

No er. Drink more water take a warm bath and rest. You can take Tylenol as well. These are common pregnancy symptoms. In the absence of high blood pressure readings and sudden swelling you are fine

Headaches n dizziness is very common in second trimester bc u r pumping more blood. If u take Tylenol n drink plenty of water n it doesn't go away in a couple of hrs than I would make the trip. I was diagnosed with it during my pregnancy due to gestational hypertension, protein in urine, n spotty vision

It's unlikely preeclampsia, most likely just increased blood flow or possible low blood sugar if you haven't eaten in awhile. If it continues after you eat drink and rest then you can go get your blood pressure checked somewhere like a pharmacy.
