Okay so Sunday I went to the Drs and I have mastitis I got antibiotics and they told me to still nurse/ pump  to help too well my ducts are so plugged nothing is coming out now my boob is so engorged and my nipple is cracked and areola is swollen also I wouldn't even be able to get her to latch on to that is I wanted to try to bare the pain.. I've tried the hot compresses hot showers massages with coconut oil idk what else to do someone please give me some advise this is the most painful thing
