First time with baby sitter 😭

My son is 8 months old and we have never been apart, tomorrow I have a doctors appointment and I have to have my mom watch him. I'll be gone for about an hour and I'm seriously freaking out. I'm getting so nervous I could cry, I don't think I can do it. 😭 any advice?
