addiction to caffeine

Hi everyone, I don't want anyone to judge because it's hard for me but I'm currently dealing with caffeine withdrawal symptoms, I used to drink atleast 2 tins of redbull every day for 4 years I've seen some days I've had about 4 and I'm currently on day 3 of stopping altogether. I didn't want to gradually cut it down because I know even a taste of redbull would make me want to just get another tin but I'm 13 weeks pregnant so I'm stopping for the baby aswell as myself as it was having the reverse affect on me I just needed atleast a couple of tins for me to get by each day. Has anyone else had to cut out an addiction such as caffeine and how did you deal with it, I'm still getting migraines and insomnia and sweating but I'm trying to just take my mind off it
