desperate for sleep
My 4 month old hates sleep and still does not sleep through the night! He has been on solids for a month now (per doctor) . When he was 2 month he had RSV then at 3 month he had the flu! He is also starting to teeth, So I don't know if that has something to do with him not sleeping!
He is in his own room and his crib.
He eats solids and 4 oz of formula before bed.
We have established a bedtime routine.
We use a humidifier in his room.
We use a white noise machine.
Keep his room between 68-70 at night.
I have tried swaddles and tried without!
At this point I feel I have tried everything I know to do!! Please does anyone have any suggestions or things that worked for them!!!!
My husband travels so night time is all on me and I need more than a few hours of sleep a night!! I work also and he is in daycare!
