Hey does anyone know what this is about???? 
Btw I'm 22 weeks.... (click picture to see whole thing)

Long story short my doctor said my baby is heathly and this ultrasound is basically to confirm the sex but my MIL says that she never heard of this unless something is wrong and it's totally freaking me out now.

I just had an anatomy scan which is what my doctor calls it. They measure everything to make sure the baby is growing correctly. That's probably what it means by survey. They checked the head, legs, kidneys everything including the sex although my baby had his legs closed the whole time so I have to go back. I wouldn't be concerned at all especially if the doctor said the baby is fine.
