vitex, metformin amd PCOS
Going to take a break from all the meds (clomid, femera, triggers etc) and just enjoy the summer. It's been 2.5 years TTC and I'm exhausted. I was thinking of trying vitex and adding into my daily vitamin routine. How do yuh ladies take it? Has it helped? Side effects?
