My husband and I just found out a few days ago were expecting. We both called our parents excited about being pregnant. His mom & I don't have a bond what so ever. Meaning she never calls me to do a girl's date or just conversation. So late last year I told her how that I don't feel that we have a relationship as a daughter/mother in law should. Her excuse was I never had a daughter, but that's something we gotta work on..... Fast forward to now, she hasn't called me once to check on me after learning I'm pregnant. Should I just let her be... Or should I say something to her about that?
