I have acne extremely bad... all i do is drink water nothing has worked im starting to get frustrated..... I've lost all my self confidence.... what works best for acne and acne scars?... such for areas as your face chest and back.... what has worked best for you.... can you also tell me where you get these products from......thank you

My skin was never extremely bad but I constantly had pimples. I started doing Optifast shakes to lose a few kg and my skin is PERFECT now because I've had no sugar for about 3wks. I also clean my face with Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Power Clear Scrub in the morning, only put concealer on my dark circles and directly on any blemishes I do get rather than wearing a full face of makeup and then I always just wipe my face with a clean babywipe at night until my skin is squeaky clean :) I don't put any moisturiser, toner or anything on after, just leave it completely clean x
